About Us
Gorkha Palace was created to bring the authentic flavours of Nepal to Toronto and Mississauga. Best known for authentic Nepali momos, our menu runs deep into traditional Thakali khana, dhindo, Newari khaja sets and Nepalese comfort food, every dish built on time-honoured recipes and fresh ingredients, with Hakka Chinese and Indian favourites rounding it out.
Our Journey
At the heart of the kitchen is Head Chef Rajesh Pandey, the driving force behind Gorkha Palace. He began his culinary career at the Taj Hotel in Bombay in 2006 and went on to cook with Rosewood and Hilton in Saudi Arabia. That international hotel experience, paired with a deep love for traditional Nepalese cooking, shapes everything that leaves the kitchen.
